As part of our mission, we are dedicated to meeting the growing mental health needs of underserved communities by providing internship and training programs for students pursuing careers in community mental health settings. We offer specialized intern training programs for clinical social workers, marriage and family therapy trainees, and doctoral psychology interns and practicum students.
APA Accredited Doctoral Psychology Internship Program: The doctoral internship program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association. Any questions related to the program’s accredited status should be directed to the Commission on Accreditation:

The internship program is an APPIC member and complies with all APPIC application requirements and standards. To apply, please utilize the standard AAPI. For detailed information regarding the internship program, application process and interview timeline, please see our 2019-2020 Psychology Internship brochure or our directory entry under www.appic.org. This internship site agrees to abide by the APPIC policy that no person at this training facility will solicit, accept or use any ranking-related information from any intern applicant.

MFT and MSW Applicants: Please contact and receive approval from your university liaison or director of clinical training prior to contacting Dr. Vo-Jutabha. If you are approved, you will be contacted for an interview between March-June 2018. The updated brochure will be available in early 2018.
Doctoral Psychology Practicum Students: We abide by SCAPTP guidelines for practicum match. In order to apply and interview for practicum positions, you must receive approval from your Director of Clinical Training. The updated brochure will be available in early 2018.
