Our 3 Step Approach

We begin by listening to your concerns, then connect your child with a therapist who best fits their needs and circumstances.

1. Reach Out and Share

Care begins the moment you contact us. Our Access Team listens to concerns about your child, answers any questions, and gathers the information we need to connect your child with the right therapist.

To help connect your child with the right therapist, our Access Team will ask a few important questions, such as:

  • What concerns are you noticing with your child?
This could include changes in mood, behavior, school performance, sleep, or how they relate to others. You don’t need to have all the answers—just share what you’ve observed.

  • How long have these concerns been present?
Knowing how long your child has been struggling helps us understand the urgency and determine the right type of care.

  • How did you hear about us?
Whether a doctor, teacher, family member, or another service referred you, this information helps us coordinate care more effectively and continue strong community partnerships.

Once we’ve learned a bit more about your child, we’ll schedule your first appointment and guide you through what to expect next. Our goal is to make this process as supportive and stress-free as possible.

2. Connect to Care

At the first appointment, a team member will guide you through the intake forms, which include basic information about your child’s health history, current concerns, and consent for services. They’ll answer any questions you have along the way. Then, your child will meet their therapist—someone carefully chosen to support their unique needs. This first meeting is the foundation for building trust and starting the healing process.

3. Grow and Heal

Your therapist will work alongside you and your child to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and support emotional growth every step of the way. If needed, we may also connect you with additional support such as parenting programs, case management, or community referrals to ensure your family’s needs are met both inside and outside of therapy.

No matter where your family is on your mental health journey, we’re here to walk alongside you with compassion, expertise, and care.
